Paygistix Procedures, YOU NEED TO KNOW!

As you already know, SmartPOS is integrated with the Paygistix gateway which was developed and managed by our partner Payment Logistics.  We’d like to address how to communicate with the Payment Logistics Support Team.

For all technical support needs involving credit card transactions, simply call Payment Logistics at 888.972.9564.  During business hours (6am – 6pm PST, Monday – Friday), you’ll be routed to their POS Support team for assistance.  Support calls after normal business hours will route to their emergency support pager where you will need to provide below information:

  • Your Business Name
  • Your name
  • A good phone number where you can be reached
  • The issue that needs resolving
If the issue is an emergency (i.e., cannot process), the Payment Logistics 24/7 POS support team will contact you back promptly (typically 15 – 30 minutes).  If it’s a non-emergency issue (i.e., need help reconciling bank account), it will be addressed the next business day. 

Please note, if you are not processing with Payment Logistics, non-technical support questions should be directed to your merchant services provider.
 

You should only use the contact information below:

  • The support number (and only number you should ever need for support) is 888.972.9564.  This number is 24/7. 
  • The best email for basic questions is sales@paymentlogistics.com (for both new and existing merchants).  Emails are responded to during business hours generally (7am – 5:30pm PST, Monday – Friday).
Payment Logistics is also happy to provide remote training. Typically, they try to schedule something with new customers at the onboarding time, although we have found that sometimes that is not possible for all clients. If you would like to schedule training with Paygistix, you can email them at sales@paymentlogistics.com, and request training. The Paygistix staff will schedule the training and help show you how to use their system.
